We’re so much more than just a fitness club
Being active is proven to increase our physical health. But well-being is more than just physical strength and fitness. Staying mentally and emotionally fit and well through maintaining healthy relationships with others is key to long-term health and happiness.
Having a strong social network has been proven to help us keep emotionally well, while also reducing the risk of cognitive decline as we get older. In addition, time spent outside in nature is increasingly believed to improve our health and wellbeing.
Great place to play tennis, squash, swim or gym. When the weather is good you can sit on the lakeside terrace and relax. Food is great but what makes it is that the staff are first class.

Our menus are changing continuously, and food options range from coffee and snacks in the Club Room to fine dining in the restaurant. In the summer months, the terrace is open for relaxed al fresco dining. It’s a magical and unique location to share great food with friends and family.
