Having played multiple sports for almost 20 years, keeping fit and health has always been a passion of mine. I have been a qualified Personal Trainer for 12 years and have worked with a lot of clients, seeking a variety of goals. My aim as a trainer is to ensure that all members of the club are achieving their goals, so please don’t hesitate to ask for some assistance at any point.

I’ve been playing squash since I could walk and I have played in the Surrey Cup since the age of 14. Whilst at Heathside School, I competed in the prestigious England Squash National Schools Team Championships alongside St. George’s very own Charlie Lee, being lucky enough to have our home games hosted at St. Georges Hill LTC we reached the finals in both the u15 & u17 age groups.
In addition to these squash achievements, I was also a member of the Queens Park Rangers Football Club academy from the ages of 8-19, pursuing a career in professional football. These experiences have provided me with an extensive knowledge of competing at a high level and understanding the player journey from beginner to elite.
I work with school and club junior players with the goal of encouraging young people to play and improve at squash. In terms of adult provision, I provide individual and group coaching sessions covering: technical, physical and mental skills. I also play practise matches and conditioned matches if you just want a top-level opponent and to get a good workout!
I represent the Colets 1st team in the Surrey Cup against not just the best players in surrey, but arguably in the world as the league is populated with world ranked squash players. Away from the squash court, I enjoy football, tennis and going fishing in Tobago!

Claudia Anna has over 15 years of experience in several Eastern Massage disciplines (Chinese Tui Na, Traditional Thai, Indonesian and Balinese) as well as in Traditional Chinese Acupuncture. She qualified with distinction in all her studies at Bodyharmonics Centre Cheltenham and completed further advanced clinical practise in China.

Matt began his career in Dublin (2004 – 2006) within the fitness and health industry through the reserve defence forces as a field medic and fitness instructor, progressing his scope to the general public. It was through this work within the reserve defence forces that Matt built a true passion for helping people achieve their highest potential.
In 2006, Matt moved to the UK to complete his BSc Hons in Sports Therapy, graduating in 2009 from the University of Teesside with a 1st class honours. Matt returned to Dublin and after a successful year of teaching and clinic practice, he then went on to pursue an MSc in Physiotherapy at Teesside graduating with distinction.
Matt has a true passion for treating people from all walks of life from young athletes to orthopaedic conditions, seen in later life. Since qualifying Matt has built a wide range of physiotherapy experiences both within the NHS, specialising in musculoskeletal outpatients, the private and sports sectors. Between his NHS clinics, Matt was employed by Teesside University to work with their elite athletes, lead on their youth development programs and from there took on the lead physiotherapist role with Middlesbrough Ladies FC and Teesside’s Girls FA Football Academy.

Irene has over 20 years of experience as a private, musculoskeletal (MSK) physiotherapy. She qualified with distinction in her physio degree at the University of the Witwatersrand in Johannesburg in 1997. Her passionate interest in optimal human movement and health arose from a sporty childhood, including 12 years as an Elite-level gymnast.
Irene’s postgraduate qualifications include Diplomas in Massage Therapy and Personal Fitness Training and a Pilates mat work certification through APPI (The Australian Physiotherapy and Pilates Institute). These enhance her physiotherapy interventions as she believes firmly in the benefits of combining excellent hands-on therapy with effective exercise rehabilitation.

Tobias specialises in sports massage, soft tissue injuries and sports rehabilitation. A former rugby player and mountain bike racer, it was during his recovery from a serious motor bike accident that Tobias developed a passion for the treatment of sports/lifestyle injuries and injury rehabilitation programmes which led him to choose a career change as a sports massage therapist. Sports massage therapy is a deeper form of soft tissue massage. It uses specific techniques to treat people who are physically active and who may be more vulnerable to injury because of the stresses placed on their body by their sport or activity. This type of massage encourages a fresh supply of oxygenated blood to reach the muscle tissues and flush out metabolic waste products and toxins. Peter acts for builder and developer clients in the acquisition of building land for the construction of both high- and low-density housing. His clients also buy and sell hotels and retail shops.

I began my tennis coaching career thirteen years ago and have gained a huge amount of experience within a variety of environments and setups. During the last five years I have coached and captained the Surrey 12U & 14U girls’ teams. One of my proudest achievements is captaining the Sutton Tennis & Squash Ladies’ first teams through to the NPL finals 2020. I have recently completed my Level 5 MCC qualification which has given me new tools to develop in a range of areas and i am enjoying implementing them both on and off the court. James started his property career in London in 2011, joining the Savills Islington office in 2017. He then moved to the Weybridge office to join the well-established Sales team where he specialises in prime property and the private estates in Weybridge and Walton on Thames. He brings a wealth of knowledge and experience across the prime property market.
Laura grew up and was educated in the Ascot area and joined Savills in 2011. With over 19 years’ experience working in prime residential areas of Surrey and Berkshire, Laura has been involved in letting a variety of properties, including some of the area’s most prestigious homes. As well as heading up the Lettings department in Weybridge, Laura also oversees the Cobham, Esher and Sunningdale Lettings teams.
