St George’s Lawn Tennis Club has developed a brand new, state-of-the-art spin studio, featuring new Technogym bikes, with Garmin Watch connectivity, saddle and handlebar adjustment, and HR – pairing ANT +belts.
The upgraded spin studio also features a new projector and a fully re-furbished interior, creating a modern feel to the studio atmosphere, where you have an amazing array of instructors led classes. There are over one hundred virtual spin classes available all day, every day, from when our club first opens, to when we close at the end of our day.

Spin classes benefit key muscle groups, ranging from your legs to your core. Spinning places less stress on your joints, which makes it ideal for the more mature adult with hip and knee issues, or those recovering from orthopaedic injuries.
