Peter acts for builder and developer clients in the acquisition of building land for the construction of both high- and low-density housing.  His clients also buy and sell hotels and retail shops.

Peter also has many clients who live on the various private estates in the area and having lived in Weybridge for more than 25 years, is therefore familiar with the matters including the covenants affecting the estates and issues relating to the private roads.

At the start of his career Peter worked in-house for a public company in the building/property development sector.

After his spell in commerce Peter started the practice Meadows and Co in 1976 and subsequently the firm has successfully merged with two other local practices.

Piers is the Managing Partner of Meadows Ryan. He trained and worked with Mayer, Brown Rowe & Maw (now Mayer Brown) prior to joining Meadows Fraser in 2003.

Piers’ practice extends to both property and company/commercial matters and acts for property investors with large portfolios and assists with legal issues arising from the management of portfolios, including acquisitions and disposals of freehold properties, leases and managing disputes.

With broad experience in both commercial and residential property, Piers is also instructed by property finders and relocation agents to assist with property acquisitions by international buyers, with a particular expertise on dealing with the sale, purchase and refinancing of hotels.

I’ve been playing squash since I could walk and I have played in the Surrey Cup since the age of 14. Whilst at Heathside School, I competed in the prestigious England Squash National Schools Team Championships alongside St. George’s very own Charlie Lee, being lucky enough to have our home games hosted at St. Georges Hill LTC we reached the finals in both the u15 & u17 age groups.

In addition to these squash achievements, I was also a member of the Queens Park Rangers Football Club academy from the ages of 8-19, pursuing a career in professional football. These experiences have provided me with an extensive knowledge of competing at a high level and understanding the player journey from beginner to elite.

I work with school and club junior players with the goal of encouraging young people to play and improve at squash. In terms of adult provision, I provide individual and group coaching sessions covering: technical, physical and mental skills. I also play practise matches and conditioned matches if you just want a top-level opponent and to get a good workout!

I represent the Colets 1st team in the Surrey Cup against not just the best players in surrey, but arguably in the world as the league is populated with world ranked squash players. Away from the squash court, I enjoy football, tennis and going fishing in Tobago!

Matt began his career in Dublin (2004 – 2006) within the fitness and health industry through the reserve defence forces as a field medic and fitness instructor, progressing his scope to the general public. It was through this work within the reserve defence forces that Matt built a true passion for helping people achieve their highest potential.

In 2006, Matt moved to the UK to complete his BSc Hons in Sports Therapy, graduating in 2009 from the University of Teesside with a 1st class honours. Matt returned to Dublin and after a successful year of teaching and clinic practice, he then went on to pursue an MSc in Physiotherapy at Teesside graduating with distinction.

Matt has a true passion for treating people from all walks of life from young athletes to orthopaedic conditions, seen in later life. About physiotherapy;

Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy is a specialised area of physiotherapy focusing on treating injuries and conditions which affect the muscles, joints, and soft tissues.

All injuries require a musculoskeletal assessment to obtain the correct diagnosis and upon assessment the physiotherapist will set out your goals and rehabilitation plan. Treatment sessions are aimed to optimise healing and assist the recovery process ensuring optimal recovery and return to a given task. The location of these sessions will depend on your need and could happen within the treatment room, gym or out on court (Tennis or Squash).

Some of the treatments which the musculoskeletal physiotherapist may use can include:

She qualified with distinction in her physio degree at the University of the Witwatersrand in Johannesburg in 1997. Her passionate interest in optimal human movement and health arose from a sporty childhood, including 12 years as an Elite-level gymnast.

Irene’s postgraduate qualifications include Diplomas in Massage Therapy and Personal Fitness Training and a Pilates mat work certification through APPI (The Australian Physiotherapy and Pilates Institute). These enhance her physiotherapy interventions as she believes firmly in the benefits of combining excellent hands-on therapy with effective exercise rehabilitation.

Irene has extensive experience in the fields of sports injuries, spinal pathologies, orthopaedics and chronic pain conditions. She treats a broad scope of injuries and dysfunctions in patients of all ages and is happy to discuss your needs before you book in to see her. A former rugby player and mountain bike racer, it was during his recovery from a serious motor bike accident that Tobias developed a passion for the treatment of sports/lifestyle injuries and injury rehabilitation programmes which led him to choose a career change as a sports massage therapist. Clare Jeffries

Clare is a Registered Nutritional Therapy Practitioner, having qualified from the University of Westminster with a BSc in Nutritional Therapy in 2006 and has run a nutrition and lifestyle medicine practice since, joining the Club in 2017. She has a broad experience of using dietary advice, supplementation and testing to help many common health complaints, such as digestive problems, poor energy levels or low mood, hormonal imbalances (including thyroid, stress and sex hormones), skin issues, high blood pressure or cholesterol and many aspects of children’s health. Clare’s practical advice aims to help you live well, slow down the ageing process and keep your family healthy! 

Clare is a member of BANT (British Association of Applied Nutrition Therapy) and CNHC (Complementary & Natural Healthcare Council) and is required to complete a set number of hours on continual professional development, which will include up to date training on evidence based nutritional approaches to health. I trained at the London School of Reflexology and have been practising as a Reflexologist since 2013. As a member of the Association of Reflexologists I have completed courses in Advanced Hand Reflexology, Spinal Reflexology and Pre-conceptual, Pregnancy and Post Natal Care as well as Tsuboki Japanese Face Massage (Levels 1 and 2) and Indian Head Massage. More recently, I have completed a course in Reflexology Lymphatic Drainage which aims to benefit clients with lymphoedema as well as supporting clients with auto-immune conditions. I also volunteer at a local hospice giving treatments to patients with Cancer, Parkinsons and Motor Neurones Disease and help with staff treatments on a weekly basis. I began my tennis coaching career thirteen years ago and have gained a huge amount of experience within a variety of environments and setups. During the last five years I have coached and captained the Surrey 12U & 14U girls’ teams. One of my proudest achievements is captaining the Sutton Tennis & Squash Ladies’ first teams through to the NPL finals 2020. I have recently completed my Level 5 MCC qualification which has given me new tools to develop in a range of areas and i am enjoying implementing them both on and off the court. My aim is to create fantastic training environments as well as social and competitive environments for tennis players of all ages and abilities.
