I started my beauty therapy journey at the tennis club through an apprenticeship scheme. I trained alongside whilst also working in the spa in both treatments and reception. Not long after I started the training, I knew I was in the right industry for me. I think it is important to love what you do, and that reflects on the service I provide. Now that I am fully qualified as a beauty therapist, I thoroughly enjoy the job and being part of the reason clients feel better from the inside out.
My aim is to always provide the best treatment possible for each client. To make them feel comfortable and welcome. As every client is different, I will always ask the focus of the treatment before, so each treatment is tailored to their needs
I have been in the beauty industry over for 5 years now, each year continuing to grow in my knowledge and skills. After working in a large hotel spa, I came to St Georges Hill Lawn tennis club and was immediately welcomed by the members, staff and the friendly atmosphere here. I have been able to specialise in the Neom body treatments that I thoroughly enjoy doing – so please come and book in with me next time you’re at the spa.
My everyday aim is to deliver treatments that are tailored to every client’s individual needs. I like to make sure that all my clients leave feeling relaxed, happy and pleased with the outcome of the treatment. ‘’Beauty isn’t all about appearances it is about how you feel within.’’
I discovered Beauty Therapy after completing my A levels through my own interest in products and treatment. Once I started my training it confirmed to me that this was the career for me! I love every aspect of the industry and get great satisfaction from making people feel the best they can. I am always developing and learning new skills and I am motivated to work hard to achieve the best results for each individual client. Working here at the Club I have continued to fall in love with my job over and over again.
I like to set a goals with my clients to make sure they are 100% satisfied with the outcome of their treatment plan, from waxing to the more relaxing treatment, to make sure each experience at the Spa is a bubble of luxury
I enjoy Thai boxing and MMA and hold a black belt in taekwondo competed in kickboxing and Thai boxing competitions.

I have worked within the Beauty industry for over 13 years. Throughout this time I have become passionate about growing and developing my skills in an industry that continues to expand and change, so I can provide the best possible treatments for my clients. One of the best rewards about my job is being able to make my clients feel relaxed and special.
As a Beauty Therapist it is my aim to provide you with a first class and tailor-made treatment. I believe combining a personalised treatment in a comforting environment to help you leave feeling both invigorated and relaxed.
I have worked in the Spa industry for 20 years and I still have as much
passion for this fast-moving industry as I did when I first started. I am very
much a product junky and love to try new products and treatments that come onto
the market, although I am a firm believer in the traditional methods for beauty
As a practicing beauty therapist, I am a firm believer that Spa
treatments are about the whole experience, from your therapists greeting, the
ambience of the room, the treatment itself, through to the home care products
recommended to you, to continue your treatment at home. My role here at The Spa at St
George’s Hill is to create a Spa environment, with luxurious product ranges
and a team of expert therapists, who are able to deliver tailor made treatments
for each clients individual needs. My aim is for you to leave the Spa feeling
refreshed and revived, not being able to wait until your next Spa appointment.
My focus is to develop a treatment facility that caters for all clients’ needs whether that is relaxation, results driven or sports injury related, all of which are as important as each other.

From a young age I have had a great interest in both beauty therapy and art, and I feel these are alike in many ways. I am currently in my first year of my apprenticeship and I am really enjoying my training and working with the team at St George’s Hill LTC Spa.
Beauty therapy is both a very challenging and demanding career; however, I feel that the rewards are amazing knowing that you have truly made a difference in the way a person feels mentally and physically.
Fitness has always been a big part of my life and I have competed nationally for three years in Olympic weightlifting, and have won 2 Olympic Weightlifting Bronze Medals at the English National Championships.

After gaining a few growth-related injuries when I was younger, I found my passion for the gym and boxing. Once I began, I learnt how much power the gym has in transforming your mind and body and I have loved it ever since.
I aspire to use health and fitness as a catalyst for overall improvement in all aspects of your life. I can frequently be found on the gym floor, so if you have any questions about personal training or your journey in general, please do not hesitate to ask!
I have over 10 years experience as a personal trainer and fitness class instructor, previously coaching upwards of 20 classes per week across a variety of clubs and working privately as a personal trainer and sports massage therapist. I have worked with clients from various fitness backgrounds and abilities and am able to tailor fitness programs to your specific needs.
From this I have adopted tried and tested training methods, coupled with a friendly, hardworking, and motivating attitude to guarantee you results in the gym.
If you are unsure if personal training is for you or have any general questions, I am always happy to discuss this with you.
I’ve been playing squash since I could walk and I have played in the Surrey Cup since the age of 14. Whilst at Heathside School, I competed in the prestigious England Squash National Schools Team Championships alongside St. George’s very own Charlie Lee, being lucky enough to have our home games hosted at St. Georges Hill LTC we reached the finals in both the u15 & u17 age groups.
In addition to these squash achievements, I was also a member of the Queens Park Rangers Football Club academy from the ages of 8-19, pursuing a career in professional football. These experiences have provided me with an extensive knowledge of competing at a high level and understanding the player journey from beginner to elite.
I work with school and club junior players with the goal of encouraging young people to play and improve at squash. In terms of adult provision, I provide individual and group coaching sessions covering: technical, physical and mental skills. I also play practise matches and conditioned matches if you just want a top-level opponent and to get a good workout!
I represent the Colets 1st team in the Surrey Cup against not just the best players in surrey, but arguably in the world as the league is populated with world ranked squash players. Away from the squash court, I enjoy football, tennis and going fishing in Tobago!
With a highest World Ranking of Number 12 and British number 2 I have been on the professional circuit since the age of 18, winning numerous PSA titles and representing England several times, notably winning the European Team Championships on 4 occasions. I continue to represent England and play the professional circuit, giving me valuable insight in to playing styles all over the world.
I enjoy helping people to achieve their goals in squash, from beginners right through to the elite level and use my extensive experience in the game to help achieve this.
If you build a solid foundation then you will be able to express yourself, making an enjoyable game even more rewarding!
Since discovering fitness and martial arts, I have been intrigued with not only my own journey but also the journey of others. As a details and results oriented trainer, I make it my mission to help others build their strength and confidence but might feel lost as to where to start.
I am also passionate in helping athletes of all ages reach their full athletic potential, through direct, no-nonsense training, to get the results where it really matters.
Please get in contact with me if you would like to get started with your journey or are just looking for some direction and support.
I have been involved in sports & fitness for a number of years. Tobias specialises in sports massage, soft tissue injuries and sports rehabilitation. A former rugby player and mountain bike racer, it was during his recovery from a serious motor bike accident that Tobias developed a passion for the treatment of sports/lifestyle injuries and injury rehabilitation programmes which led him to choose a career change as a sports massage therapist. Sports massage therapy is a deeper form of soft tissue massage. It uses specific techniques to treat people who are physically active and who may be more vulnerable to injury because of the stresses placed on their body by their sport or activity. This type of massage encourages a fresh supply of oxygenated blood to reach the muscle tissues and flush out metabolic waste products and toxins. Our sports massage sessions offer you individually tailored treatment and advice. Whether you are a weekend warrior, training for a specific event, have work related postural issues that need addressing or in need of pain relief or relaxation, Tobias will tailor a high-quality treatment specific to your needs or requirements.

Irene’s postgraduate qualifications include Diplomas in Massage Therapy and Personal Fitness Training and a Pilates mat work certification through APPI (The Australian Physiotherapy and Pilates Institute). These enhance her physiotherapy interventions as she believes firmly in the benefits of combining excellent hands-on therapy with effective exercise rehabilitation.

‘I have been under Matt’s professional care for several weeks with an ongoing shoulder injury. His initial diagnosis was spot on and he kindly set me up with an interactive physio app which brilliantly provided me with my important daily physio routine, with video’s I was able to follow for each exercise. I have found Matt to be truly empathetic, which I need when injured, and he is obviously a well educated man who seriously cares for his patients. I am extremely grateful to him for having me back on the golf course so soon and I wholeheartedly recommend Matt in the future’.
