For the purpose of the Data Protection Act 1998 (the Act), the data controller is St. George’s Hill Lawn Tennis Club Limited of St. Georges Hill, Weybridge, Surrey KT13 0LL, the operator of St. George’s Hill Lawn Tennis Club (the Club).

Information you give us. You may give us information about you by filling in our membership application forms, event booking forms or other paper based forms.

This includes information you provide when you register to use our website, search for information, complete a membership enquiry form, complete an event booking form and when you report a problem with our website. included about you in this directory and diary or opt not to be included at all;
to provide you with information about the Club, including news and
events, and the services we provide;
to notify you about changes to our membership and other services;
to ensure that content from our website is presented in the most effective manner for you and for your computer. We will contact you towards the end of your membership by email inviting you to renew your membership. For all other news and marketing information, we will contact you only by email and you may opt out of this service at any time.
INFORMATION WE COLLECT ABOUT YOU ON OUR WEBSITE. WE WILL USE THIS INFORMATION:
to administer our website and for internal operations, including troubleshooting, data analysis, testing, research, statistical and survey purposes;

Before you use the Gym or Spa, we will collect information about your physical and mental health by completing a form we will go through with you on first consultation and at other times. We will use this information to help us ensure your well-being when using the Gym or the Spa or receiving treatments from us.
Apart from this, the Club does not routinely collect sensitive personal data unless we are required to by law (for example, to ensure we are complying with Discrimination Laws) or to protect the vital interests of yourself or other individuals.
DISCLOSURE OF YOUR INFORMATION
We may share your name, email address, telephone number and gender with other members of the Club in the online members’ directory and the Club’s diary referred to above.
We may also share your information with selected third parties including:
Business partners, suppliers and sub-contractors for the performance of any contract we enter into with you.
Analytics and search engine providers that assist us in the improvement and optimisation of our website.
Credit reference agencies for the purpose of assessing your credit score where this is a condition of us entering into a contract with you.

If you are part of one of our WhatsApp groups, you are not permitted to share other user’s personal data.
WHERE WE STORE YOUR PERSONAL DATA
The data that we collect from you is stored on our own secure servers, but may be transferred to, and stored at, a destination outside the European Economic Area (“EEA”). It may also be processed by staff operating outside the EEA who work for us or for one of our suppliers. Such staff may be engaged in, among other things, the fulfilment of your order, the processing of your payment details and the provision of support services.
